At first sight, the Estate's premises seem to be keeping up with the distinctive lines of Genoan architecture. However, the use of local construction materials lends to the buildings their light softness which the whole Estate exudes. It was renovated in 1990 in order to be one of the fist traditional mansions approved by the Greek National Tourism Organisation.
