Rodia studios complex is situated approximately 80m away from the nearest sandy beach, Livadia beach and 300m away from the port and the center of Parikia.

It consists of 11 studios either of one or two rooms (45m2 - 70m2), fully equipped with cooker, utensils, fridge, TV, able to accommodate 2-5 people, air-conditioned, with very big bathrooms and balconies or terraces with view to the traditional orchard they are placed at.
